If paying by postal transfer, there will be a transfer fee.
If you choose cash on delivery, there is a cash on delivery fee of 324 yen.

Please check the invoice enclosed with the product.
If the billing address of the purchaser differs from the delivery address, the invoice will not be enclosed with the product and will be sent to the purchaser.
Payment for the product can be made at convenience stores, post offices, or banks.
Please pay within 14 days of the invoice date according to the details on the invoice.

Late payment fee: 250 yen
For orders with deferred payment, the NP Deferred Payment Wiz service provided by Net Protections Inc. will apply, and personal information will be provided within the scope of the service, and the payment claim will be transferred. The usage limit is up to 54,000 yen (including tax) based on the cumulative balance.

- Payment deadline
[NP Pay Later Wiz] Please make payment within the deadline stated on the invoice.
[Cash on delivery] Payment is made when you receive the product.
Please make your payment within 10 days from the order date. If payment is not confirmed after 10 days, we will cancel your order.
Due to system processing, it may take about 7 days for us to confirm your payment, so we may not be able to accommodate your desired delivery date.
If you are in a hurry, please notify us by email, phone, or fax once your payment has been made.
- Delivery time
-If you choose cash on delivery, your order will be shipped within 7 days of placing the order.
-If you pay by credit card, Rakuten Pay, or postal transfer, your order will be shipped within 7 days of payment.

In the case of postal transfer, it may take about 7 days for our store to confirm your payment in the system, so we may not be able to meet your desired delivery date and time.

Please be aware that delivery may be delayed in certain regions, for items in short supply, or due to weather and traffic conditions.
- Returns and Exchanges
- We do not accept returns due to customer convenience.
Even if you do not receive the item at the time of delivery and it is returned, you will still be required to pay the product price and round-trip shipping fee.
- When you receive the product, please check immediately to make sure it is the same as the product you ordered.
We ensure the highest quality, but in the unlikely event that the product is damaged, soiled, or differs from your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will accept exchanges and returns. In such cases, the shipping costs will be covered by us.
・In the above cases, if a refund is granted, we will transfer the money to your designated account within 3 business days after confirming the arrival of the returned product.
In the case of thawing accidents, confirmation from the shipping company is required. Please contact us in an unopened state after receipt. Additionally, we kindly ask for your contact on the day of delivery.
・Regarding cancellation of regular purchases
A minimum of three consecutive deliveries is required. Changes to delivery frequency or cancellations cannot be made until the third delivery.
In the event that you wish to cancel, you will be responsible for the amount up to the third payment, even if you are unable to receive the product.
If you refuse to accept the item without contacting us, you will be responsible for the cost of the item and the round-trip shipping fees.
If you wish to cancel after the fourth purchase, please contact us at least 10 days before shipment.
To cancel, please contact us by phone or by filling out the subscription cancellation form.
・Changing the delivery date of a regular purchase
If you would like to change the delivery date, please contact us using the inquiry form.
If you would like to change the delivery date for a specific month due to long-term absence or other reasons, please contact us through the inquiry input form.
If you would like to change the delivery date, please contact us at least 10 days before shipping.
If you refuse to accept the item without contacting us, you will be responsible for the cost of the item and the round-trip shipping fees.
